Rakshabandhan

Today is Rakshabandhan(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raksha_Bandhan). I have a little less than half dozen sisters. Its the first time in life that I don't have any of the sister with me since I am in USA :( . I received a couple of rakhis by post. The problem is I have to tie it on my hand by myself. Today I realized how difficult it is to tie a thread with one hand. In fact its impossible. So I told my friend to tie around my hand. In future I expect to see a rakhi which has button or Velcro. Then I would be able to to do it myself. I am missing that hand full of rakhis.......

I use Google Docs very often. I use it when I just want to put some text that I can use it later. I use it since it is accessible from anywhere. This does matter because I can get my content even if I don't have my laptop. I don't fear using it since I don't keep any intellectual property of mine on it (its the other issue whether I have it or not!).
I saw a new tab at the top New! Submit a template. This is interesting. It is called crowd sourcing. It is to get your work done(sometimes for free!). This is approach used by Net Flix to improve their algorithm (becoz they themselves could not do it!). But they kept a big prize for it.
I think this is clever idea for any company to use. It saves money, time and helps you concentrate on your core strengths.
