Most of the time, I use public transport to commute. A thought came to my mind: Should public transport in the near future be designed in such a way that one can use their laptop while traveling.
I use public transport for half an hour a day to move from one place to another. I don't put the laptop on my lap and use it during this period. Instead I do planning of the activities I would be doing that day and while returning home, I prefer to take rest. Just remain idle. It sometimes produces new thoughts for me. I like to observe the people and look out of the window. I am fan of cars but still I like to travel in train. At least I don't have to worry about the traffic. Public transport is generally designed to transport as many people as it can in safe way. If extra space is provided for laptop then this would decrease number of passengers it can take.
What if I had to travel 2 hours everyday to reach my workplace. Then I would definitely need special provision where I could also surf the web. This is happening in most of the airlines. They are charging just now but I think it would be free in short time.
